Henry's Sauce & Condiment Company was founded in 2002 as a result of the lifelong, childhood dream of its owner, Matt Henry, to manufacture his Grandma Bish's homemade ketchup. After years of research, planning, and trial and error, Matt and his wife, Sue, first marketed Grandma's Catsup at farmer's markets in the Bozeman and Livingston, Montana, area during the summer of 2002.

Since then, sales of Grandma's Catsup have expanded into local grocery stores, as well as numerous retail outlets such as meat shops and specialty gift stores in southwestern Montana. Recently Grandma's Catsup has been marketed through the venues featured on Minnesota Public Radio's Prairie Home Companion.
