Henry's Sauce & Condiment Company was founded in 2002 as a result of the lifelong childhood dream of owner, Matt Henry, to manufacture his Grandma Bish's homemade catsup. After years of research, planning, and trial and error, Matt and his wife Sue first marketed Grandma's Catsup at farmer's markets in the Bozeman and Livingston, Montana, area during the summer of 2002.

Since then, sales of Henry's Catsup have expanded into grocery stores, restaurants, and numerous retail outlets such as meat shops, gourmet and specialty gift stores in southwestern Montana and beyond.
